Bistro MD

Bistro MD is a food program, whose menu was created by Doctor Caroline Cederquest. The plan of the program consists of shipping your meals every week, and as long as you eat only the food from Bistro MD, you will lose weight.

With the services of Bistro MD, you also receive access to expert dieticians who can provide great information on how to continue to lose weight. Their plans average about 1200 calories a day. The calories come from lean and complex carbohydrates.

The menu consists of low glycemic foods, which also make it beneficial for diabetics. The process of preparing the food is very simple. It just consists of heating the food up when you are ready to eat.

All food is cooked fresh, unlike many food companies who freeze-dry their food. Just recently Bistro MD was recommended from the show "The Biggest Loser".
