Home Bistro uses the same exact process to prepare and ship their food as restaurants do. The gourmet dinners are vacuum sealed and flash frozen. The meals can be warmed up in an oven or microwave.

Home Bistro has gotten a lot of positive feedback on their soups. The Lobster Bisque seems to be everybody's favorite.

If you're a big fan of lamb, then take a look at their Rosemary Mint Rack of Lamb.  It's gotten rave reviews.
